We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent cocktail-making skills, a strong understanding of beverages and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As our Bartender, you will play an important role in creating a memorable dining experience by preparing quality cocktails, recommending beverages and providing professional, attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, spirits, wine and other beverages.
- Maintain high standards of drink quality, consistency and presentation.
- Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to guests.
- Recommend beverages that complement our Indian cuisine and enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Monitor beverage inventory and assist with stock control.
- Complete bar opening, closing and cleaning duties.
- Work closely with the restaurant and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA), food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You To be successful in this role,



you will have:
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar or quality hospitality venue.
- Strong cocktail-making skills and knowledge of spirits, wines and other beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- The ability to work efficiently during busy dinner services.
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Availability for evening shifts, including weekends.

Working Hours Evening shifts are available from Tuesday to Sunday, with shifts commencing from approximately 5:30 pm. Specific days and hours will depend on the employment arrangement and operational requirements.
