Beauty Therapist – Lymphatic Drainage & Facials

Kate Wellness is a boutique women’s wellness and beauty centre in Ultimo, Sydney, specialising in lymphatic drainage, body treatments and facials.

We’re looking for a caring, reliable and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our small team and grow with the business.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys massage and hands-on body treatments, as the majority of our appointments are lymphatic drainage.

Current Hours Tuesday: 10:30 am–7:00 pm

30-minute unpaid break

Saturday: 9:00 am–3:30 pm

30-minute unpaid break

We are looking for someone who can commit to these days, with the opportunity to increase hours in the future.

About the Role

Your main responsibility will be providing lymphatic drainage treatments, so you need to be comfortable performing multiple hands-on massage treatments throughout the day.

You may also perform

- Facial treatments
- Body treatments

During quieter periods, you’ll also help with simple clinic duties such as preparing treatment rooms,



organising and folding towels, light admin and keeping the space organised.

Training

You do not need previous lymphatic drainage experience.

We provide our lymphatic drainage training at no course cost to you. Training includes theory, practical learning and supervised practice with models until you have memorised the technique and are ready to work independently.

Training generally takes around one month, depending on your availability to practise and your progress.

Training hours are paid at $20/hour.

Because we invest significant time and professional training into the successful applicant, we are looking for someone who can make a minimum 6-month commitment after training.

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified, recently graduated or currently completing a relevant Beauty Therapy qualification
- Massage/body treatment experience is highly desirable
- Must genuinely enjoy massage and hands-on treatments
- Comfortable performing several massage treatments in one shift
- Facial experience is an advantage
- Warm, caring and professional with clients
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and follow the Kate Wellness treatment protocols
- Interested in growing with the business long term
- ABN or willing to obtain one
- Professional/public liability insurance required
