/n As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch. /n This is an opportunity to establish a new operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region. /n Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

- Lead and develop a high-performing branch team

- Drive sales growth, profitability and customer retention

- Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses

- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory and branch performance

- Coach and support Internal Sales and Territory team members
/n
- Ensure a safe, compliant and productive workplace
/n
- Manage branch financial performance and operational outcomes

- Identify new opportunities to grow the business in the Orange region

- Experience leading a branch, operations or customer-focused team

- Strong leadership and people development skills

- A track record of driving sales and customer growth

- Warehouse, distribution or operational management experience

- A commitment to safety and customer service
