About the role

Von Treskow is looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to help shape how Von Treskow shows up across content, social and campaigns. This is a hands-on role. You won't just be managing a content calendar or briefing others. You'll be creating, shooting and editing content yourself, while helping develop the ideas and direction behind it. You'll work closely with the owners, have direct access to the product and be able to move quickly from an idea to actually making it happen.

Key responsibilities

- Create content across Instagram, Meta and TikTok, including short-form video, product content, styling and campaign creative

- Shoot and edit content yourself using tools such as iPhone, Canva, CapCut or Adobe

- Plan and manage organic social content

- Help launch and develop TikTok presence from the ground up

- Develop creative ideas for product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns

- Create content for Meta advertising and help identify new creative ideas to test

- Work with creators and influencers to generate authentic content

- Write captions, campaign messaging and other brand copy

- Help maintain a consistent look and feel across marketing

About you

- Experience across content, brand, social or e-commerce marketing, preferably within jewellery, fashion, beauty,



lifestyle or another visually led consumer brand

- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video

- Able to create polished but natural social content

- Comfortable coming up with ideas rather than waiting for a detailed brief

- Understanding of the difference between organic social content and paid creative

- Experience working across Instagram and Meta, with TikTok experience a bonus

- Strong copywriting skills and ability to write on-brand copy

- Able to work independently and take ownership of your work

- Experience with Meta advertising, Canva, CapCut, Adobe or Shopify highly regarded

- Robust visual eye and ability to look at a jewellery collection and immediately start thinking about how it could be styled, filmed, photographed and turned into content
