We're looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food and delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you enjoy early starts, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love creating great breakfasts, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Breakfast Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast offerings, ensuring a smooth and efficient morning service, and helping create a positive start to every guest's day.

Working as part of a supportive kitchen team, you'll contribute to maintaining high culinary standards while developing your hospitality career within a recognised hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is presented consistently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across kitchen and food preparation areas
- Monitor food quality, freshness and stock levels
- Adhere to food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
- Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen preparation
- Support the wider kitchen team as required

What You'll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a kitchen, café, hotel or hospitality environment
- Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast service periods
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual and able to work early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Desirable

- Commercial Cookery qualification or currently undertaking relevant studies
- Previous experience in a hotel or accommodation environment
- Experience preparing both buffet and à la carte breakfast offerings
