Healthcare Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager

Health Plus International (HPI) is looking for an experienced healthcare business development professional to help grow our partnerships across NSW.

If you understand the sector, have established industry relationships and know how to turn opportunities into sustainable partnerships, we’d like to hear from you.

Based in Sydney, you’ll work closely with our Operations and executive leadership to secure new business, develop healthcare workforce partnerships and build relationships across metropolitan, regional and rural NSW.

The role

- Permanent, full-time
- Commencing January 2027
- Sydney-based, with statewide travel
- Base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives and travel allowances

You’ll bring

- Business development or strategic partnership experience in healthcare, aged care, nursing, allied health or workforce development




- Strong industry networks and stakeholder management skills
- A proven ability to negotiate and secure partnerships or tenders
- A valid NSW driver’s licence and willingness to travel
