Lead industrial automation growth across NSW & VIC/n Your new company /n Our client provides engineered automation, control and digital solutions for complex industrial environments. Its capabilities include Distributed Control Systems, SCADA, PLC platforms, process safety systems and digital optimisation solutions. /n Your new role /n /n

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial customers across Recent South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. /n
- Develop new business opportunities across process manufacturing, minerals processing and other complex industrial markets. /n
- Build relationships with both technical stakeholders and commercial decision makers. /n
- Understand customer applications and position the most appropriate automation, control, safety, digital and service solutions. /n
- Identify upgrade, modernisation and lifecycle opportunities within Yokogawa’s installed customer base. /n
- Develop opportunities across SCADA, DCS, PLC, process safety, optimisation software and OT cybersecurity. /n
- Navigate complex customer buying processes and engage engineering, operational, procurement and economic stakeholders. /n




- Translate customer operational risks, production requirements and capital or operating budgets into commercially viable projects. /n
- Collaborate with internal engineering, pre-sales, digital, delivery and proposals teams to develop customer solutions. /n /n

/nWhat you'll need to succeed/n

/n /n

- Proven B2B sales experience within industrial automation, control systems, process technology or engineered solutions. /n
- Capable of selling complex technical solutions and navigating multiple stakeholders, including technical users and commercial decision makers. /n
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline. /n /n
