Drive growth with a leading scaffolding contractor delivering major construction projects across NSW/n Your new company /n Join a leading scaffolding contractor delivering some of NSW's most exciting residential, commercial and high-rise construction projects.An established and rapidly growing scaffolding business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Sydney construction market. /n Your new role /n You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new project opportunities while building strong relationships with builders, developers, project managers, estimators and key decision makers across the construction sector. /n /n

- Generate new business opportunities across the NSW market /n
- Build relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2 and mid-tier builders /n
- Engage developers, project managers, estimators and procurement teams /n
- Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities /n
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts /n




- Work closely with operations and estimating teams to deliver winning solutions /n
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships /n What you'll need to succeed /n

/n /n

- Proven experience in a BDM, Sales Manager or Account Manager position /n
- Strong construction industry network /n
- Experience within scaffolding, access, hire, temporary works, formwork or construction service /n
- Demonstrated success in winning recent business /n
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach /n
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills /n /n
