The Opportunity Reporting into a supportive leadership team, you'll be responsible for:

- Identifying and securing new agribusiness lending opportunities across Victoria.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with agricultural clients, brokers and referral partners.
- Growing and developing an existing portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Delivering tailored lending solutions across a diverse range of agricultural operations.
- Working closely with credit and operational teams to provide a seamless client experience.




- Representing the business within the agricultural community and building a strong market presence.

About You You'll likely bring:
- Experience within agribusiness, banking, finance or commercial lending.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- An understanding of the agricultural sector and the unique needs of rural clients.
- A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
