Machinery is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our national account partnerships and grow sales across major buying groups and key dealers.

About the Role As the BDM – National Key Accounts, you’ll be responsible for growing Crommelins’ footprint across Australia by:

- Driving sales through buying groups and national dealer networks
- Building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with marketing on promotional campaigns and ranging
- Supporting key partners with product training and technical support
- Delivering performance reporting and identifying current growth opportunities You’ll be on the road when needed, attending trade shows,



customer meetings and building relationships that matter. What You’ll Bring - 3+ years in business development, account management or B2B sales
- Experience working with buying groups or hardware/tool/machinery industries (ideal)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously, backed by a supportive team
