Women's sport is having its moment. Be the one who fills the seats.

The Sydney Flames are looking for a driven, relationship-led BDR to own sales across one of the most exciting growth stories in Australian sport. This isn't a desk job. You'll be the commercial face of the Flames, on the ground at home games, in the community, and in front of the corporates and families who'll turn a great season into a sold-out one.

What you'll do

- Own Flames ticket sales across single match, group, family, community, premium and membership audiences
- Build and run your own outbound plan: schools, basketball associations, women in sport networks, corporates and community groups
- Sell premium seating, corporate experiences and memberships, then look after those clients on game day in the Flames Lounge
- Use CRM and ticketing data to find lapsed buyers and recent audiences, and turn them into fans
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and offers, and help shape pricing, product and positioning alongside the Business Development Manager and Head of Ticketing & Membership Growth

What you bring

- 1-3 years in sales across ticketing, partnerships, membership or commercial roles, ideally in sport, entertainment or membership-based businesses
- A track record of hitting or beating targets
- A genuine passion for women's sport and basketball
- Confidence on the phone, over email and in person, from grassroots community contacts to corporate decision-makers
- CRM and ticketing platform skills, or the hunger to pick them up fast
- Availability for evenings, weekends and home games during the WNBL season (September to April)
