The opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager / Clinical Educator to grow our cosmetic injectables and skincare portfolio across Western Australia. Combining sales with clinical education, you’ll help healthcare and aesthetic professionals develop their product knowledge and confidence while identifying opportunities to grow their businesses. You’ll build lasting relationships with dermal clinicians, dermal therapists, doctors, nurses and other healthcare practitioners.

What you’ll do

- Grow sales of across WA, achieving territory sales targets.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Deliver product education and training that supports confident product use and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement a territory business plan, managing budgets, customer activity and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with our business development managers, clinical nurse specialists and clinical trainers.
- Represent Dermocosmètica at industry events, clinical forums, workshops and training sessions.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and other influential industry contacts.




- Keep accurate records and provide monthly reporting on sales, customer activity, market insights, expenses and training stock.

What you’ll bring

You’re comfortable explaining the science behind a product and recognising its commercial potential. You enjoy building relationships, sharing knowledge and taking ownership of your territory.

We’re looking for

- A qualification in Dermal Science, Nursing, Science or a related discipline.
- A proven sales record in skincare, pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
- Relevant clinical or industry experience, ideally within cosmetic medicine, dermatology or plastic surgery.
- Strong commercial judgement, emotional intelligence and a explicit customer focus.
- The ability to learn technical information and translate it into engaging, practical education.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- The initiative to work independently and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative team.
