The Role Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for a broad range of SME clients.
- Managing your own client portfolio and acting as a trusted adviser.
- Providing tax and business advisory support to clients.
- Liaising directly with clients and responding to technical queries.
- Assisting with tax planning and year-end matters.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

About You:
- 4+ years' experience in Australian public practice.




- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
- Robust technical knowledge across business services and taxation.
- Experience managing your own client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach and genuine passion for helping SME clients succeed.
