Miimi & Jiinda is an Indigenous-owned Australian designer fashion and art label, and we’re looking for an exceptionally organised, driven and proactive individual to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative business, takes initiative and has a genuine passion for making things happen.

Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, including administration, operational coordination and team support, with additional responsibilities across social media, marketing and general business activities.

Takes full ownership of responsibilities, projects and outcomes from start to finish.

Is results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, completed work and measurable progress each week.

Has exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Is an excellent communicator and cooperative team player who contributes positively to a small, dynamic team.

- Is resourceful, solutions-focused and committed to maintaining high standards across everything they do.

Experience in business administration, operations management, executive support or a similar role is highly regarded. Social media skills and an appreciation for fashion, design and branding are an advantage.
