Business Support Officer | South of River | Immediate Start Your new company A large andwell-established organisation is seeking a Business Support Officer to jointheir operations team on an immediate-start temporary assignment. This is abusy and varied role suited to someone who enjoys administration, customerservice and working closely with a range of internal stakeholders.

Your new role In this role, youwill provide administrative and customer support across a fast-pacedoperational environment.

Your duties will include

- Managing customer enquiries and service requests
- Providing reception and front-of-house support
- Assisting with procurement and purchasing processes
- Preparing reports, correspondence and documentation
- Coordinating meetings, agendas and minutes
- Maintaining records and databases
- Supporting stock ordering and inventory administration
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in an administration, business support or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Experience using CRM, ERP or records management systems
- A proactive, team-focused approach Previousexperience within a large organisation or local government environment will behighly regarded. What you'll get in return - Immediate start
