Butcher /Apprentice

Pierre’s Free Range Meats

We’re looking for a friendly person who has experience with good knife skills

This role is perfect for someone who has had butcher shop experience/ or fresh poultry skills

PLEASE NOT WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS LOCAL WITH A VALUABLE ATTITUDE

Flexible working hours

Experience is a must

Duties include

- Sausage making
- Crumbing schnitzels, rolling burgers
- Marinating meats/ cutting trays
- Assisting with pastry products
- Stock rotation & general cleaning
- Basic cooking knowledge (or willingness to learn)

Must have a great personality and energy

Experience is essential

Training provided
