Idealy to be successful the applicants should have experience and proven track record in the following;

Cabinet maker position

- Experienced and confident kitchen cabinet and joinery assembly

- Able to read drawings

Edgebander position

- Operation and daily maintenance of Edgebanders

- Operation and daily maintenance of other woodworking machines such as Flat bed router, point to point overhead router, panel saw, spindle etc3.





Both Positions
- Follow daily schedule

- Able to work unsupervised and part of a team

- Willing to work in all areas of the factory

- Eye for detail

- Trade qualification tafe or equivalant

- WHS Industry induction card

- Follow procedures and be proactive in the continuous improvement process

- Fulltime work with overtime available
