This hands-on role combines café management with food preparation and cooking, offering the opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a busy café while delivering quality meals and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the café including food production, stock control, customer service, staff management, and financial oversight.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meal and food products
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Lead,



motivate and develop two Cafe Attendants to foster a positive and collaborative work culture
- Analyse sales and costings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety requirements

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food preparation and cooking
- Barista experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Hold a current driver's licence
