We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Supervisor to lead our café team. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the team to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
- Overview daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Staff rostering, training, and performance management
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene and health regulations are adhered to
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
- Support the implementation of promotions and initiatives to grow sales
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and maintain high store standards

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in a similar role in hospitality or retail
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
- Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure
- Strong barista experience is required.

Job Type: Casual Pay: Up to $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
