A prior recruitment or candidate resource background is ideal and you could be anywhere - literally.

Some of what you'll do:

- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal database
- Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
- Own the candidate experience and offer market information regularly to those who've opted in
- Market mapping and lead generation
- Screening CVs and shortlisting against role requirements
- Conducting phone screens to assess skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability
- Registering candidates and keeping the ATS up to date
- Building and maintaining talent pools for roles that come up regularly
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to consultants and clients

A background in Recruiting Engineering, construction and infrastructure is ideal but not necessary. We encourage Part time candidates as well!
