About the role The successful applicant will be fully responsible for the daily car wash operations. This role will be supported by Sparkletown's highly effective operations team.

Key responsibilities

- Responsible for the daily management and day-to-day operations of the Car Wash
- Managing and training casual staff
- Ensure all equipment is in full working order
- Manage occupation health and safety, and security issues
- Management and ordering of chemicals and other inventory items
- Quality control and strict time management
- General cleaning and maintenance of all equipment, grounds, and facilities to meet company standards
- Manage and motivate a team to maximise sales and cost efficiency
- Providing high quality customer service and community engagement




- Develop a detailed understanding of customers and drive sales performance through repeat business, strategic collaborations, and innovation marketing ideas

- Ability to fulfill an active role

- General understanding of mechanical systems
- General computer skills
- Confidently lead and manage a small team under strict time managed circumstances
