We are looking for a Care Manager — New Turkish-Specialised NDIS Provider (Melbourne North)

Contract → Part-time → Full time | Hume / Merri-bek | Turkish speaker essential A new NDIS and aged care provider is launching in Melbourne's north, built to serve the Turkish community in a way that has long been missing. The business is funded, has an experienced team of Turkish-speaking support workers ready to go, and strong compliance and strategic support in place.

We're looking for a Care Manager to lead day-to-day operations.

About the role

- You'll be the operational lead - coordinating clients and workers, supervising service delivery, keeping things compliant, and helping the team grow. You'll also be a Key Personnel for our NDIS registration and participate in the audit.
- You won't be doing compliance from scratch. Registration, policies, and systems are being led by an experienced specialist who will work alongside you and train you in what you need to know.
- The role starts as a flexible contract during setup, moves to part-time as clients come on, and becomes permanent full-time as we scale.

What you'll do

- Coordinate client intake, matching, and rostering
- Supervise and support our Turkish-speaking support worker team
- Develop SOPs and train workers on service delivery
- Manage incidents, documentation, and day-to-day compliance
- Act as Key Personnel for NDIS registration and audit

What we're looking for





- Fluent Turkish and English (both essential)
- Background in disability, aged care, or community services
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable holding responsibility
- Willing and eligible to be named as Key Personnel (NDIS Worker Screening Check required)
- Genuinely interested in building something for the Turkish community
- Ideally based in or familiar with Melbourne's Western suburbs
- You don't need to have held a senior management title before. If you've been a team leader, coordinator, or senior support worker ready to step up, we want to hear from you.
