As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes and in residential care. This may involve assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will also be required to provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine desire to help others and a strong sense of empathy. You should be patient, understanding, and able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.



Previous experience in a similar role is essentail. We provide comprehensive training to all new staff members to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

Requirements

- A valid driver's license and vehicle - Must be able to drive for homecare
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- NDIS Clearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
