We are seeking a reliable and practical Property Maintenance Person to assist with the ongoing care and upkeep of a private acreage property.

This is a casual position, approximately 3–4 days per week, with a flexible schedule and casual hourly rate. The role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, caring for a large property, and taking pride in maintaining the grounds to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

- Mowing and maintaining large lawn areas
- Whipper snipping, edging, and general grounds upkeep
- Maintaining gardens, trees, paddocks, and outdoor areas
- General acreage property maintenance
- Operating and maintaining outdoor equipment and machinery
- Keeping sheds, storage areas, and outdoor spaces organised
- Property checks and identifying maintenance needs
- Assisting with larger property projects when required
- General repairs and improvements around the property as needed

About You:

- Experience with acreage, rural properties, gardening, landscaping,



or general maintenance preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing larger areas
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Practical with a good eye for detail
- Experience using mowers, tractors, machinery, or power tools an advantage
- Own transport and tools preferred
