Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants

We're looking for energetic and reliable team members who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional customer service in bar and gaming areas

- Preparing and serving beverages

- Maintaining gaming machine compliance and customer support

- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions

- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment

- Working as part of a supportive team

What You'll Need:

- Current RSA and RCG Competency Cards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Hospitality or club industry experience preferred but not essential

Casual Duty Manager





We are also seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our leadership team as Casual Duty Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising daily venue operations

- Leading and motivating frontline teams

- Delivering exceptional member and guest experiences

- Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming and workplace regulations

- Managing incidents and resolving customer issues professionally

- Opening and closing venue operations

What You'll Need:

- Current RSA and RCG Competency Cards

- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, clubs, pubs or hotels

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Sound knowledge of gaming and liquor compliance

- Availability across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
