About the Role

Are you an early riser who enjoys working with people?

The Colmslie Hotel is looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Wait Staff to join our team.

We are seeking team members who enjoy providing excellent customer service, have a positive attitude and can help create a welcoming breakfast experience for our hotel guests and customers.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service.

- Taking food and beverage orders.

- Serving breakfast meals, tea, coffee and other beverages.

- Setting up and maintaining the breakfast dining area.

- Clearing tables and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable.

- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service.

Shift Times and Availability

Our breakfast shifts generally start at approximately 5:30 am.

Depending on the roster and operational requirements, finishing times may vary:

- 5:30 am – 10:00 am

- 5:30 am – 12:00 pm

- 5:30 am – 2:00 pm





Shifts are available across seven days a week, including weekends.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys early starts and having their afternoons or evenings free.

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for customer service.

- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to start work early in the morning.

- Valuable presentation and communication skills.

- The ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

- Previous restaurant, café or breakfast service experience is preferred, but not essential.

Experience is an advantage, but we're happy to provide training to applicants with the right attitude.
