This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. /n /n As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for shoppers, retailers, contractors and visitors alike. /n /n About the Role /n This is a casual position, offering approximately 2–3 shifts per week. - Providing exceptional front-line customer service to shoppers and retailers

- Acting as a key point of contact between customers, retailers and Centre Management

/n

- Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks

/n

- Supporting contractors and service providers within the centre

/n

- Helping maintain a welcoming, safe and professional environment

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous customer service, retail or administrative experience
