Emerald Carrying Company (ECC) is currently seeking reliable, safety-focused and professional MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our growing Townsville team.

No Fuel Experience. Bring your MC driving experience and we will invest in your future.

We welcome applications from experienced MC drivers who are ready to transition into the fuel transport industry.

Our comprehensive paid, in-house training program will give you the practical skills, confidence and industry knowledge required to become a professional Fuel Tanker Driver.

As part of our investment in your development, ECC will support you in obtaining the required licences and certifications, including:

- Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence ? ECC will cover the Dangerous Goods course & medical costs
- Safe Load Pass (SLP)
- Basic Fatigue Management (BFM)

Roster & Renumeration

- Casual employment opportunity, with hours determined by operational requirements
- Driving duties may include local and mine-site deliveries, as well as ad hoc work based on operational requirements.
- Applicable Pay Rates -
- Grade 8 - Range of $57.64 per hour to $72.05 per hour
- Grade 8 - Public Holidays $95.28 per hour
- Grade 10 - Range of $59.98 per hour to $99.13 per hour
- Grade 10 - Public Holidays, $99.13 per hour




- All pay rates are exclusive of applicable allowances, which are paid in addition

About You

- A current MC licence and Road Ranger experience
- Safe Load Pass & Basic Fatigue Management Certifications - If required, ECC will cover the costs of obtaining these required certificates for successful candidates
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Willingness to provide a National Criminal History Check and Traffic History Report
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
