Casual Golf Attendant

Freeway Golf Course | Balwyn North, VIC

GreenSpace Management is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Golf Attendant to join our team at Freeway Golf Course in Balwyn North.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a hands-on role involving customer service, golf operations, food and beverage service and general facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service to all golfers and visitors.

- Manage golf bookings, customer enquiries and point-of-sale transactions.

- Assist with daily Golf Shop operations, including retail sales and stock management.

- Food and beverages operations.

- Assist with general cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the facility.

- Support golf events, competitions and group bookings.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and operational requirements.

Essential Requirements

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)



certificate.

- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

- Current First Aid certificate.

- Current CPR certification.

- Solid communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Desirable

- Previous experience in golf, hospitality or retail.

- An interest in golf or knowledge of the game.

- Experience using point-of-sale and booking systems.
