About the role

XO2 Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Manufacturing Assistant – Cleaning & Hygiene Products to join our dynamic team at our Burleigh Heads facility in Queensland. This is a casual position offering flexibility for the right candidate who is eager to support our manufacturing and warehousing operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and quality standards of our cleaning and hygiene product production line, contributing directly to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the preparation, assembly and packaging of cleaning and hygiene products on the production line
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment under supervision to ensure safe and efficient production
- Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Receiving, storing and organising raw materials and finished products in the warehouse
- Supporting the logistics team with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse and housekeeping duties as required
- Communicating effectively with team members and reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing or a similar production environment (preferred but not essential)
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards




- Ability to work safely and follow health and safety protocols without exception
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing and repetitive motions for extended periods
- Reliability and willingness to work flexibly as required
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Valid Australian working rights
