We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person to join the Lilly Jayne team!

Lilly Jayne is a growing Australian accessories brand creating practical, joy-filled products for teachers, healthcare workers and book lovers. With our business continuing to grow, we’re looking for someone who can help keep our orders moving efficiently while also bringing a little creativity to our social media content.

The Role

This is a casual, hands-on role combining order fulfilment, general studio support and social media content creation.

The role would ideally suit someone who is productive, loves organisation, has great attention to detail and is also confident behind a phone creating fun, engaging content.

Hours

We are currently looking for someone who is available:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Approximately 9:00am – 12:00pm

Minimum 3 hours per shift

There may also be opportunities for additional hours during busy periods, launches and seasonal peaks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Printing orders, preparing packaging and getting parcels ready for dispatch
- Checking products and orders for quality and accuracy
- Keeping the packing and stock areas organised
- Restocking products and packaging supplies
- Assisting with general day-to-day studio tasks
- Helping during new product launches and busy sales periods
- Filming simple behind-the-scenes and product content for Instagram and TikTok
- Creating Reels, Stories and short-form social media content
- Taking casual lifestyle and product photos/videos
- Helping capture the personality and day-to-day life of the Lilly Jayne brand

We’d Love Someone Who Is
- Reliable and punctual




- Fast and efficient while still having excellent attention to detail
- Naturally organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a small business environment where every day can look a little different
- Confident using Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable filming content on a phone
- Creative and able to spot opportunities for engaging social content
- Friendly, positive and happy to jump in wherever needed
- Someone who genuinely takes pride in packing a beautiful customer order

Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, photography or content creation would be highly regarded, but you definitely don’t need to be a professional social media manager. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is a good fit for our small team, understands the importance of customer experience and can work efficiently without needing constant direction.
