About The Role You’ll help customers find the right fit while delivering the personal and considered service M.J. Bale is known for.

Your Day Will Include

- Helping customers with fit, styling and product selection
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
- Processing sales and assisting with stock movements




- Keeping the store sharp, well stocked and ready for trade
- Supporting the team during weekends and peak periods

About You Desired Skills and Experience

You’ll Bring

- Retail or customer service experience
- Confidence engaging with customers and making recommendations
- An interest in menswear, fashion and styling
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Solid presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods
