Your Role

We are currently seeking Casual Summer Housekeepers to help us through our busiest time of year. Work can commence immediately, with opportunities available through to April 2027 for the right candidates.

As a member of our housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for preparing holiday homes to the highest standard for our guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring each stay is comfortable, clean, and seamless.

Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare holiday homes between guest stays
- Ensure each property meets Hearn's high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Report any maintenance or supply requirements
- Work efficiently to scheduled turnaround times
- Help deliver exceptional guest experiences during our peak holiday season

What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Availability throughout the summer holiday period, including Christmas, New Year, weekends, and public holidays
- Availability to work weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends as required
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential




- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Must be able to pass a Police Check (Working With Children Check also accepted)

Important Availability Requirements Our busiest period runs from 24 December through to the end of January, and successful applicants must be available to work throughout this peak holiday period. While shifts are available immediately, we are particularly seeking team members who can commit to working over Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and other public holidays when required.
