GLAICA Ltd are seeking reliable, caring and hardworking Catering Staff to join our team at a residential aged-care facility.

Our staff play an important role in maintaining a safe, warm and welcoming environment for our elderly residents.

Catering Staff

We are looking for catering staff who are passionate about preparing and serving nutritious, appealing meals to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing, plating and serving meals, snacks and beverages according to residents' dietary requirements.
- Following special diets, allergies, texture-modified diets and food preferences.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assisting with meal preparation, food storage and stock rotation.
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, benches, floors and dining areas.
- Following infection-control and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Working respectfully with residents, families and other care staff.
- Ensuring meals are served on time and presented appropriately.
- Expected to work a rotating shift.

Previous experience in aged-care, healthcare, commercial kitchens or institutional catering is highly regarded.



Food Safety knowledge and Certification are desirable.
