About the role

Capers Early Learning Bald Hills is looking for Cert III Educators to join our growing dynamic team. Located conveniently 200m from a main public transport hub - Bald Hills Train & Bus Stop.

Key responsibilities

- Provide nurturing care for children
- Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
- Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
- Assist children with personal hygiene routines

About you

- Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
- Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
- Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
