Change Manager – Business Transformation

We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a large Perth-based organisation going through a major transformation. You'll support change across several projects at once, helping people adopt new ways of working.

This role suits a certified change professional who has led change in complex organisations and enjoys building change capability in others.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Change Lead, you'll provide change advice and support across a portfolio of projects. You'll work closely with project managers, leaders and stakeholders to plan and deliver change, and help leaders build their own change skills.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead change management across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Develop and deliver change plans with project managers and leaders.
- Embed consistent change tools and processes across the business.
- Coach leaders, change champions and project teams.




- Plan and deliver change communications to a range of stakeholders.
- Manage change governance and reporting.

THE COMPANY A large, well-established Perth organisation investing in a major transformation to improve how it operates, delivers projects and supports its people.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 5 years' experience leading change in complex organisations.
- Proven experience designing and embedding change practices and processes.
- Change management certification at practitioner level or above (e.g. Prosci, APMG).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
