Your new role

As Change Manager, you will lead end-to-end change management activities across a major workforce transformation program, while also supporting a range of strategic people and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and delivering change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and adoption approaches.
- Conducting organisational change impact assessments and readiness activities.
- Driving successful adoption and long-term embedment of new ways of working.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology and the wider business.
- Facilitating workshops, leadership forums and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational design, talent mobility and future workforce initiatives.
- Translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes and employee impacts.
- Monitoring change risks, stakeholder sentiment and adoption metrics to drive successful outcomes.
- Providing strategic change advice across multiple transformation initiatives and workstreams

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you'll be an experienced Change Manager with a strong track record delivering large-scale organisational transformation within complex environments.

You'll bring:

- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives and transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications and change planning.




- Experience delivering people, workforce, HR, organisational design or operating model transformation programs.
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise and compelling messages.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement, with an enterprise-wide perspective when assessing change impacts and priorities.
- The ability to build credibility quickly and influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and highly intuitive approach, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities and stakeholder needs before they emerge.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into simple, business-focused language and actionable outcomes.
- Strong awareness of enterprise change portfolios, including interdependencies, cumulative change impacts and competing business priorities.
- Experience working across HR transformation, workforce planning, organisational design, HR technology, talent or future workforce programs.
- Exposure to financial services, insurance or heavily regulated environments will be highly regarded.
