Elixir Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced Breakfast/Lunch Chef for our busy HQ cafe, operating Monday to Saturday.

The role is for 25 hrs per week and includes NO nights, NO Sundays, NO Public Holidays!

The successful applicant must have previous experience and the ability to do or possess the following:

- Take pride when presenting and plating meals

- Able to take directions, as well as work confidently on tasks independently.

- Great communication skills

- Keep up to date with cooking trends, best practices

- Skills and knowledge of current food safety requirements and legislation

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Relevant trade qualification in commercial cookery

- Ability to work between the hours of 6am - 3pm

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a calm demeanor

- Be extremely team orientated
