We're seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to play a key leadership role within our Kitchen Brigade, supporting the delivery of exceptional food experiences across daily operations, game days, major events and external catering functions. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Kitchen Leadership Team, you'll develop and inspire your team while maintaining the high standards Adelaide Oval is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading kitchen operations across Adelaide Oval's hospitality venues and events
- Coaching and developing emerging culinary talent
- Delivering exceptional food experiences across game days, functions and major events
- Driving food quality, consistency and operational excellence
- Supporting workforce planning, rostering and kitchen performance

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have





- Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
- Proven experience leading and developing kitchen teams
- Experience across premium hospitality, functions and large-scale catering
- The ability to build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture
- Strong commercial acumen, including food cost, labour and inventory management

The Fine Print

Please note that out-of-hours work may be a requirement of this role, in line with Adelaide Oval's business operations. This includes evenings, weekends, and working on Major Event Days at Adelaide Oval. To be eligible to apply for this role, you must be legally permitted to work in Australia.

Applicants will be required to successfully obtain a Working with Children's Check within the first two months of employment.
