We are currently seeking a Professional Chef with a minimum of 7 years’ experience, specializing in Italian culinary traditions. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and respected establishment where quality, innovation, and authenticity are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support kitchen operations within a team of culinary professionals
- Design and execute traditional and up-to-date Italian menus
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menu development and cost control

Requirements:

- Proven experience (7 years) in professional kitchens, with a strong focus on Italian cuisine




- Deep knowledge of Italian ingredients, cooking methods, and regional specialties
- Ability to support a kitchen team with professionalism and efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus
- Sponsorship available for the right candidate
