Virtual Greens is a golf simulator and hospitality venue located in Bibra Lake, bringing together outstanding food, drinks, entertainment and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

We're after someone who takes pride in their cooking, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a supportive, hardworking team.

About the Role

Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, preparing quality pub-style meals and helping deliver a great dining experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, cooking and presenting meals to a consistently high standard.
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Managing food preparation and service during busy periods.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assisting with stock rotation, portion control and minimising food waste.
- Ensuring food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Following kitchen procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar commercial kitchen role.




- Relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Confidence preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
