We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, supportive kitchen environment and be part of an exciting resort destination in a unique regional location.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a designated section during prep and service Prepare and present dishes to a high standard and in line with menu specifications Assist with prep, stock rotation, and service efficiency Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times Work collaboratively within a qualified kitchen team What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen A strong work ethic, attention to detail,
