Full-Time Chef – Mia Margarita Henley Beach

Mia Margarita Henley Beach is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and well-established hospitality venue located in Henley Beach, South Australia.

Position Details

- Position: Chef
- Employment Type: Full time
- Hours: 38+ hours per week
- Location: Henley Beach, SA

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
- Assisting with menu planning and food preparation
- Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Working efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment




- Assisting with kitchen operations during busy service periods

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends (breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts available)
