About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Cook skilled in Chinese cuisine to join our busy Cantonese BBQ restaurant in Chatswood. You’ll prepare a variety of Chinese dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Duties

- Prepare and cook Chinese BBQ, stir‑fries, soups, and traditional dishes
- Maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment
- Assist with stock control and kitchen coordination

About You

- must have formal qualifications (Certificate III or IV) and at least1 year relevant experience in a Chinese restauran
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques
- Able to work under pressure and follow recipes
- Reliable, organised, and a good team player
