*Experienced in café and restaurant environments
- Confident working across breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner
- Comfortable with modern Australian and Asian-inspired cuisine
- Creative and interested in menu development and daily specials
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- A positive team player with strong communication skills
