L’unico Pty/Ltd (The Clayton Hotel) is looking for a skilled Chef to join our team. The position will be Full Time with a Salary ranging from $80000 – 90000 per annum for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Planning and organising menus

- Estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies

- Prepare and present quality dishes with consistency at all times

- Discuss food preparation issues with Front-of House Managers, kitchen and wait staff

- Advise on relevant cooking procedures and demonstrate techniques

- Prepare and cook food as per the relevant menu

- Enforce hygiene regulations and ensure all staff are aware of the details

- Select and Train staff when necessary

Requirements

- Proven kitchen experience

- Relevant Hospitality education is preferred

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma
