Lead an integrated rural health service with campuses at Beaufort and Skipton in Western Victoria, encompassing the Corangamite, Golden Plains and Pyrenees Shires. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will set the tone for organisational excellence, implement strategic direction and ensure contemporary, safe and high-quality care across acute, urgent, residential aged care, allied health, medical, community and home-based services.

The CEO will work in partnership with the Board, workforce, consumers, community and regional stakeholders to advance safe, high-quality care, organisational sustainability, a robust workplace culture and meaningful health system collaboration. We welcome interest from accomplished executives with demonstrated capability in governance, quality and safety, financial stewardship, people leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
