About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and support the organisation through its next stage of growth.

The role will have a particular focus on post-acquisition integration, finance transformation, business performance and team leadership, working closely with senior leadership across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the finance function and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Drive post-acquisition integration, aligning finance processes, reporting, controls and ways of working across the business.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance and overall financial performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives and build scalable processes to support future growth.

Skills & Experience

- Senior finance leadership experience at CFO,



Finance Director, Head of Finance or equivalent level.
- Demonstrated experience with post-acquisition integration or major business integration.
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.
- Strong commercial finance, reporting, governance, budgeting and forecasting capability.
- Experience within a large multi-site or geographically distributed organisation would be highly regarded.
- Strong transformation, stakeholder-management and change-leadership capability.
