A rare opportunity to join the executive leadership team of a leading financial services organisation, partnering directly with the CFO to drive strategy, transformation, regulatory priorities and business performance across a complex and highly regulated environment.

This is not a traditional finance role.

Sitting at the centre of Finance, Treasury and enterprise-wide initiatives, you will act as the CFO's trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping translate business priorities into action while providing oversight of transformation, governance, planning and executive engagement.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will:

- Drive strategic planning and execution across the Finance function.
- Lead and monitor key transformation, regulatory and business change initiatives.
- Coordinate executive, board and governance activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and business performance management.
- Develop executive papers, board presentations and strategic communications.
- Provide insight and challenge on business priorities, risks and opportunities.
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Treasury, Risk and the broader business.
- Act as a key driver of operational effectiveness, governance and organisational performance.

About You





You are likely to bring experience from banking and have operated in roles spanning finance, strategy, transformation, regulatory change, business management or executive leadership support.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

- Experience delivering regulatory, transformation or enterprise-wide change programs.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
- Demonstrated experience operating within finance functions in complex organisations.
- Experience supporting senior executives and influencing stakeholders at executive level.
- Strong governance, planning and performance management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
