True Grit Landscaping is looking for experienced construction workers and machine operators to join our crew across Toowoomba and the surrounding region.
Our work covers retaining walls, concreting, earthworks and civil construction. We’re looking for practical, reliable people who bring practical skills to the team and are happy to get involved across different parts of a job.
We’re interested in people with experience in one or more of the following:
- Building concrete sleeper or block retaining walls.
- Concreting, including formwork, reinforcement, placing and finishing.
- Civil works, including drainage,
road preparation and earthworks.
- Operating excavators, skid steers, rollers or other construction plant.
You don’t need experience in everything listed, but you should be confident in your skills, take pride in your work and be willing to help the crew where needed.
You’ll need a White Card, driver’s licence, reliable transport and a safe approach to work. Machine operating tickets and the ability to read plans, set out work and check levels will be highly regarded.
